DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS;

RETURNS FOR UNWANTED ITEMS;
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. All orders must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging including all accessories to qualify for a refund. If returns are received in used, damaged condition, or without its original packaging, 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
LATE RETURNS:
FirehorseSafetyandSurvival.com reserves the right to refuse returns or issue a store credit up to the item’s purchased price. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges of refused late returns.
